We love our water filter! The customer service in amazing….you can actually speak to your rep and have him walk you through installing a new filter! That’s unheard today. Highly recommend !!!

The system came with the house and could not be happier. The K5 water tastes great and the filters are very easy to swap out. If you are looking for a softener or water filtration system would highly recommend you check these guys out.

We had high expectations based on previously using a Kinetico system at another home. These were met. Knowledgeable sales person (Jon O) did a complete review of current home water supply. System was installed in one business day after scheduling with the company. The installation by Alex A was done quickly and professionally and all questions about operation and maintenance were answered.

Junior did an excellent job. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
