The Best Equipment
Our suite of water softeners ensures that no matter your property’s needs, we have a solution for you. We will help you find the best option for your home and family.

Premier Quad Series
Powered by the kinetic energy of moving water—not electricity or gas—these exceptional combination systems soften and condition to remove odors and chlorine from your water. They protect your home as well as remove chlorine from your shower/bath and laundry water. The unique multi-tank system provides a reliable, continuous supply of clean softened water with no computers or timers to repair, replace or adjust for your vacations or guests. The sediment filter removes larger particulates from your water supply; protecting not only the Kinetico equipment but everything else downstream like your water heater.

Twin Tank Non-Electric Softener
Similar to the hybrid unit, this dual-tank water softener offers an unlimited supply of treated water. Works off water pressure, so it still works if your power goes out. It does NOT remove chlorine.

Single Tank Softener
This electric water softener economically softens the water. Like all our systems, it features on-demand regeneration to only clean when necessary based on water usage, not a timer.
Kinetico Quality Water Is Arizona’s Water Softener Provider
A Kinetico water softener (sometimes called a conditioner) protects your plumbing, appliances, and fixtures from hard water damage. They reduce mineral deposits (scale buildup/limescale), etching and spotting on glasses and dishes, and soap scum. Showering in soft water makes your skin and hair feel softer and smoother.
Designed to keep pace with your household’s water needs, our patented non-electric valve and dual tanks stay online 24/7 with no timers or computers to adjust or replace.
Water Softener Frequently Asked Questions
Water that contains more minerals than typical water is referred to as “hard” water. In the Scottsdale – Phoenix – Gilbert area, that is typically calcium and magnesium, which can lead to pipe clogs and make it more difficult for soap or detergent to dissolve. Water softeners serve to “soften” water by removing the minerals that make the water “hard.”
Soft water is much better for the plumbing and water-using systems in your house. Hard water may lead to limescale deposits in your pipes, dishwasher, water heater, and other plumbing systems. Scale can build up in pipes and reduce the efficiency of your plumbing systems. It can corrode faucets and showerheads, and cause soap scum on shower doors. It can also damage machines in your home that use water, such as dishwashers, laundry machines, even coffee pots.
Hard water is also less effective for washing dishes, clothes, or skin because it resists the dissolution of soap. Soap and detergent dissolve more easily in soft water, helping it do its job in cleaning and leaving your skin, hair, and laundry feeling softer and smoother.
Determining the appropriate size water softener for your home depends on several factors including water conditions (hardness, chlorine levels, TDS), size of home, number of stories, how many people live there. At Kinetico Water, our experienced water consultants can do an on-site water analysis and plumbing audit, helping determine what size water softener your Phoenix area home needs. We service Scottsdale, Gilbert, Goodyear, Mesa, Maricopa, Queen Creek and everywhere in between. Whether you are in the East Valley or West Valley, we can help you.
There are many signs for when your water softener needs replacing. They are covered extensively in this post.
